I have heard some success stories after taking coq10 and I'm considering purchasing some. I have read about the vitamin and know men can take it too but I was wondering if anyone's man has taken it and had it help with getting pregnant? Or if anyone has tried other fertile aids for men. Any and all advice helps!

Also...will taking coq10 while on your period, will it mess with anything?
