Abortion pill (medical abortion) 4 weeks ago and still have + preg test

At first I wasn’t worried when after a couple weeks the pregnancy test was positive because I had a lot of clots and tissue pass and bleeding for about 9 days. Pregnancy symptoms went away too. But I am still getting strong positive pregnancy tests and still spotting. Anyone else have this happen? I plan to call my Gyn tomorrow.
