Today is supposed to be my last day of my period. I went to bed last night with a super plus tampon in and there was barely and blood on it when I woke up this morning. Each regular tampon I’ve changed since then has been the same. About an hour ago, cramps hit so bad they had me doubled over and in tears. Period has also came back heavy as heck. Has this ever happened to y’all? Is this normal?

I’m also very irregular. It’s nothing for me to skip a few months before having another period.

Any insight would be great!
