Carpal tunnel??

I’m 18 weeks today and I have right arm and hand pain. Anyone else ?! Any suggestions to help relieve pain?

Get wrist stabilizers from Walgreens or CVS. I wore them at night and during the day whenever I was just resting or working.

I highly recommend wearing a brace for it until delivery. You can use Tylenol and epsom salt lotions too. I had this with my daughter. It went away after she was born. I just had to make sure I wore the braces regularly to avoid aggravating my tendons and wrists.
