To go in a menstrual cup and insert it immediately after he does? Just a suggestion if he’s having a hard time going in you

If he doesn’t cum in you then you won’t get pregnant, if he cums on your vagina opening you could have a small chance of conceiving still. But he needs to ejaculate inside you in order to get you pregnant. There is no medical reason he can’t do it.
