Totally off topic

Hi, tomorrow I start my first job as a Front Desk Agent at a hotel! The email says I will be filling out new hire paperwork & having a onboarding process. It’s my first job and I’m really not sure what new hire forms consist of or what onboarding consist of? Can you all let me know so I can be prepared and a step ahead? Thanks!!
