Are we allowed to use glycolic acid in our skincare?

Anyone know if glycolic acid (AHA) is allowed during pregnancy?

I’m an esthetician and yes glycolic is safe. Just stay away from salicylic acid, retinol and hydroquinone.

The only one I've heard of to stay away from is hyaluronic acid

Only in the lower concentrations

I think retinol is the only thing to avoid. But not 100% sure
