This is about my mom...

She found out that I’m living with my husband and his parents, we recently moved out of our rental to save up money for a down payment to own our own place in the future.

As soon as she found out I might be giving birth to the first grand baby at their home, she told me not to expect her to be there when baby was born.

She’s choosing to miss out.

I told her we obviously want her to be there, she’s just as important to us as my husband’s family is... but if she’s going to be that way then oh well, that’s her loss.
