Did breast feeding aid with weight loss?

Not for me. Over the first year I gained 35 lbs. It made me ravenous ALL THE TIME. Stopped breastfeeding at 18 months and I’m finally back down to the weight I was at 9 months pregnant and currently 11.5 weeks with our second. Hoping to not repeat that a second time 😩

Not for me. I exclusively nursed, so it basically just made me a human garbage disposal and after I lost the initial pregnancy weight I gained it all right back.

It did with my first but I exclusively pumped and lost all my baby weight and then some. With my second I breastfed, not pumped, and I got down to my probably weight but no less than that

I’m not sure. I went down to pre- pregnancy weight pretty quickly. I went on an allergy elimination diet for my daughter which caused me to loose more. My initial weight came off pretty quickly so I’m not sure how much was due to breastfeeding.

There needs to be a KINDA button because that’s what it did for me. I nursed two but just nursing alone won’t make you a size 0 lol

Yes/no.  I have started all my pregnancies at an ideal weight.  After I give birth I lose bunches of weight at first but I tend to hang onto an extra 10-15lbs until I quit breastfeeding.  I also tend to gain quite a bit during pregnancy (50-60lbs) so losing 40-50lbs so fast is really nice. Though, I have no idea if it’s due to breastfeeding.

To a certain point. I dropped 25 lb like that! But the last 15 wouldn’t budge with bf alone.
