How long until baby adjusts to new schedule?
In your experience how long did it take your baby to adjust to a new sleep schedule? We are implementing a new bedtime tonight and it is not going well at all. We have tried everything to get her down but nothing is working tonight, not even the usual stuff we have been doing with her the last month. Desperate to get some sleep... 😩
