Is it safe to fly in 5-6 weeks

Hi,

I just got to know that I am pregnant 3 days ago.33 days is what doctor says I had my tickets for hometown booked for 12th April.Doc is telling flying is risky in general but varies from case to case.Its 3 hour drive and 2.30 hr flight.Any idea of its safe to fly?

Ultrasound can be done only on 20th April to confirm hearbeat.Got blood tests done yesterday .Waiting for reports
