Before starting any method i asked about her opinion to friend who has 5 babies. She smiled and said: “in reality the only method to potty train you baby is to undress her diaper, that’s it. Done. “ and i could not agree more. Why i am saying this is that “three day potty training” is a LIE big fat lie. It takes three days for a very exceptional amount of baby while discouraging other parents whos babies take it longer. Expect a minimum of seven days to see a progress and about 14 days to get where your kid consistently tells you s/he need to go to toilet and way more for the time where it will become accident free! We quit diapers two months ago, yet we have accidents here and there. Mostly on the playground where she becomes so excited that forgets to say she needs to pee, however, she has not had any accidents while napping or at night for over three weeks already. Do not up your hopes too high, else you will get discouraged too soon. Expect the process to be long and tiring, but you will get there i promise! Good luck!

Oh Crap book!  Worked for us, though we did it at 17 months so I don’t have first hand experience at 2.5 years old.

I let her run around naked and go potty on the big toilet that is the thing that worked in one day anything  else she refused for forever I almost gave up

mine isnt but only as hes about to be diagnosed with non verbal autism so he doesnt have the understanding

I found that putting undies on rather than a nappy worked quite quickly. I don't think he liked the feeling of wets pants , and I kept asking him every 1p minutes if he needed a wee

3 day potty training. Wasn't 3 days, but worked for us within a week. We cheated and did nights with a diaper for a little while, though.

We took advantage of the last month of summer last year and did a lot of naked outside time. My son loved peeing on trees 🤷‍♀️ we got him a urinal for inside and that did the trick. It wasn’t an overnight thing. And just as I was packing up our diapers (we cloth diaper) I found out I was pregnant. So... only a short break for me.
