Probably a gross & stupid question

I peed in a cup this morning as I have a digital clear blue coming today as Iv had faint lines on pregnancy test, will the pee still be okay to use after sitting in a cup for 6 hours? So gross I know I just want it to be my first morning wee, no where near me does a digital I want to make sure I’m definitely pregnant before calling the doctors

This is my 2nd child 6th pregnancy
