If something was wrong...

This is kinda an answer for my husband since he doesn't have this app. We go to 4D ultrasounds (my doc gives them to me all the time) and he was pushed up by my placenta  and semi moving in the pictures my husband said "his eye is messed up" I said no .. He said well it looks like it. How do I explain this? I tell him it's not and he moves but also if there was something wrong the doctor would tell me correct? Please don't be rude with your answer.
