Soak it in epsom salt water and it should be easier to get out

No it could become infected. If you can’t get it out go to an urgent care or make a drs appointment. It’ll be cheaper and less painful to get it out before it gets infected.

Update I got it out thanks ladies, I used a little knife in the end to make a small cut and pushed it on by pressing on skin with thumbs then got it out the the tweezers that’s a relief

I get about 600 splinters a year. I live on a farm with lots of wooden fences and such. 
If I can't get a spliter out I I either take my cuticle trimmers and clip it out (if it is close to the surface like this one especially). If that doesn't work I just wait until the next day and after a hot shower it usually comes out.
It might get a little infected, but it is so small and so superficial unless your immunocompromised then your immune system should not have any trouble controlling it.

Sometimes a piece of tape works when tweezers don't.
Definitely get it out to avoid infection.

Rip your skin open lol. That’s the only way I get mine out when they’re that deep. I’d rather deal with a tiny cut than a splinter that could get infected!

Please please please as a nurse I implore you to please please clean all tweezers, needles, nail clippers or scissors before you dig into your body! You may think you’re young, healthy, nothing bad will happen but anyone can get tetanus, anyone can get staph or sepsis. If you can’t get a splinter out, don’t leave it in there. ABSOLUTELY go to your doctor. They won’t laugh or think it’s funny. Feet are important and it doesn’t take a large wound to cause necrosis and have somebody lose a toe or foot, especially people with diabetes. I have seen healthy young people lose toes and feet from leaving glass, nails, splinters, needles in their feet.
