Those of you that have daughters do you get their nails done?

If so how old were they when you started and how often do you take them? Just wondering 😉

Mines only 4 months old but most DEFINITELY coming to the salon with me every month starting at about 5. Maybe earlier if she asks ♥️♥️

We dont go to salon, I'm not taking her to be around all the chemicals. But I do paint her toes with piggy paint and put nail stickers and glitter on them. I started around 2 she's 3 now.

She will not be getting nails done until 5, where she will join me and all my favorite women at the nail salon for pedicures before my wedding. 😘 That is 2 1/2 years away!

I started painting my daughter's nails at 2 but didn't take her to the nail salon till 3 and they just painted them and put a nail decal ☺️💅

My daughter is only 11 months so I haven’t tried yet. I’ll paint them myself when I know she will sit still and not smudge them and not stick her fingers in her mouth. Going to a nail salon would only be a once in awhile treat and would probably wait till at least 5-6 for that.

My lo is almost 2 and she likes her toes painted when I paint mine. But if she wanted her nails done she’d probably have to be like ten. If you’re talking about in a salon and she could get them painted or gel. Fake nails in high school.

I’ve painted them myself for my 8yo, probably since she was 3. I don’t pay for them to get done though because she bites her nails.

I should have clarified I just meant manicure or and pedicure with painted nails no fake nails unless they older teen. I first took my daughter when she was 5 for her birthday to do it we both got mani pedi’s! Haven’t taken her yet since I want up again though and was just wondering when others start doing it more regular to teach their daughter self care and pamper her! Wish my mom did that,she hardly did anything for her and we aren’t close..

I dont have girls, but if I ever do I wont let them get their nails done like acrylic or gel until they are teens. Those thin out and damage your nails, no need to do it to a kid. Now a little nail polish? that's fine whenever imo
