Abortion?

I have a two year old son and a 6 month old son. I just found out I’m pregnant again about 5-6 weeks along. I honestly don’t know that I’m ready for another baby. We just lost our insurance also so it would definitely be super stressful. I’ve always been against abortion but I feel like it would be he best option but I also feel like shit for even considering it. Anyone else have any similar situations?
Edit to add: I wasn’t on birth control because I just lost my insurance, I took plan b and it obviously didn’t work.

Tons of women have been in this situation but the decision is ultimately yours. Don't let people on here manipulate your decision because of their own views. ... Can you get medicaid? Does bf have insurance you can be put on?

I’m pregnant with my 3rd and trust me this wasn’t planned. I have my boy and girl we were done. I was just finishing up school, looking to get a job etc. we didn’t have sex for a month sometime longer because I didn’t wanna get pregnant!. Well one night got really heated from all the tension and we made one stupid move then BAM I’m 7 weeks 5 days pregnant. I was upset and crying for nights, talking to my mom n dad about it. I thought about adoption but my SO said no, there’s no way he can put it up and know that a kid of ours is out there. My next thought was abortion after talking to my SO he left it up to me he said either way we will get through it. After a few days of thinking about it I decided I was going to keep it, did an announcement to tell the rest of my family, then after my first appointment we told our other two. I was against abortion, I would think “how could someone could get rid of such a gift, if you didn’t want to get pregnant should have been better at protecting yourself” but I was never in that position till now it definitely changed the way I look at things. I do not condone abortion as a form of birth control, but it’s never up to anyone but you! Think on it, talk to your SO more make sure you know 100% what you want to do so you have no regrets.

Honestly I was in your shoes. I had my baby girl in Jan of 2018 and found out I was pregnant in October of 2018, (concieved in September). My husband and I talked and at first we were talking about abortion because we live in a 1 bedroom apartment living paycheck to paycheck there is no way we could have another baby, now I'm 31 weeks pregnant and we ultimately decided to keep her. But that was our decision, don't let people bully you into what you want to do. There is so many people that no matter what your situation is will judge and call you horrible names. I'm definitely pro choice. I personally don't believe in abortion but the thought was there even for me. Just take some time and talk about the pros and cons with the baby dad and do what you have to do. Good luck

Do what’s best for you and your family. I thought I was pregnant about a month ago and abortion was definitely on my mind. I only want 1 child and I know I can’t handle my 5 month old AND being pregnant then the newborn. We are one and done but I’m too young to get my tubes tied so birth control it is 🤷‍♀️

Just found out I’m pregnant and my little boy is 7months. I’m totally on the fence about what steps I should take. My husband doesn’t know that I’m considering abortion. But all he is saying is that we will get through it. And that’s just not realistic for me.

I had my baby Nov 17 2019 and found out I was pregnant about 3 weeks ago. I decided to have an abortion. It would have been selfish of me to have another child this moment in life. 
I quit my job the day before I found out. Financially my boyfriend can hold down the mortgage and all of our expenses for a while. But I have student loans and other debt to pay. So I need to go to work in 6 months. 
He’s also likely to deploy by the end of the year. I also have an incompetent cervix and would need a cervical cerclage and be put on strict bedrest at 12 weeks...I’d likely have had the baby at 25/26 weeks like my 2 other children...the baby would be in the NICU for at least 70-90days. I can’t do that to another life. 
So I choose the abortion pill. 
Do what’s best for you and your children. You know what you can handle in life.

Yes. I was recently in a very similar situation. I have a 10 month old and found out I was pregnant. I’m off of work this year and it’s starting to get very tight financially. My husband and I made the tough decision that we need to remain a family of 3 for a few years. We want to have time and energy to focus on this child before we have the next. A week ago I took the ab pill, and while sometimes I feel guilty about our choice I ultimately know it was the right thing for us to do at this time in our lives. If finances are the only issue, please seek out medicaid, food stamps, and subsidies. There are so many resources available to you and I’d hate to see you choose abortion because of financial reasons. Ultimately the choice belongs to you and your spouse if you can handle another baby, but I think since you’re already a mother you’ll surprise yourself with love. It may take a while, and it will be hard if you choose to keep the baby, but I think it’ll be worth it. 
Also, and no pressure, but my sister is adopted and she completed our family. Adoption is not easy for the birth parents but it is definitely an option. If you go private adoption, typically the adoptive parents would at least pay all your medical costs through the pregnancy and postpartum period as well as the adoption fees.

My husband lost his job as soon as we got pregnant with our second. It sucked. But I feel like abortion is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You may qualify for medicaid being pregnant. He's 5 now and we had 2 more kids after him. It was a scary time, but if the only issues are temporary and financial, but overall you have stability (I'm not talking about luxuries or even the kids having their own room etc I'm talking you can feed and house your children etc) then I personally wouldn't do it. But if course it's ultimately your decision. Going from 1 to 2 was harder than 2 to 3 it even 3 to 4.

No I don’t, but I understand how you feel about having to consider it while having living children. Idk if I could do it unless I truly truly knew I couldn’t handle a 3rd. It may benefit you and your SO to make a pros and cons list and really talk about it before making any decisions. Good luck and I hope it works out for you whatever you decide.
