Withdrawal Method

I know using the withdrawal method still involves a lot of risk, but I have never talked to someone who actually became pregnant using this method. I am married and we aren't trying to get pregnant, but we are not 100% preventing it either. I guess I just want to know who has actually become pregnant or knows someone who has become pregnant using withdrawal. Thanks!
