Amniotic fluid leaks ?!!!!

How can you tell when your amniotic fluid leaks ??
This morning when I got up to go to the bathroom I had some white discharge that was some gushy but I don’t know if that could of been my amniotic fluid or just regular discharge it was enough to get me concern. Thanks ladies!! I’m currently 38 weeks +2 days doctor says I could go get it checked out but I just want y’all to give me your opinion thanks :)

Put a pad on,if it gets wet go in and get checked.
They do a swab test and can tell you if its your water that broke

Personally I would go get checked, I had something similar happen to me and I didn’t do anything about it. Had a regular checkup a few days later and my amniotic fluid levels were dangerously low and I had to be induced immediately.

It could be your mucus plug.

Put a pad on lay down on your side for 30 minutes stand up and check your pad mine leaked for 5 days
