21 weeks with cold/sore throat/headache

Im so irritated with my coworker. She has been sick with a cold or something for almost a week coughing all out in the open w/o covering her mouth and trust me I asked her numerous times to cover her mouth even though she’s 43 she acts like she can’t do the simplest things...

So now here i am at home sick asf . I can’t stop coughing and every so often my head starts to hurt more so like a migraine. I’ve drank no caffeinated teas and ate soup but don’t really think it’s helping. On top of that my nausea is coming back and idk about you guys but sore throats and vomiting for me feels like my throat and nose is on fire
