Progesterone and prolactin are normal, anatomy is normal, follicle count looks good. Since we had a pregnancy they aren’t worried about husbands sperm.

Was told to try this cycle naturally with +opk and options moving forward are medicated <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> with letrozole or surgery to look for endometriosis. I don’t have painful periods but my cervix was pushed slightly to the left and I have some mild mid cycle pain(which I thought was just ovulation) so could have mild endo.

I’m torn on what to do... it seems like <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> has terribly low success rates and not sure if it’s worth trying before having surgery. Feeling defeated. Anyone have any similar experiences?
