So I have a history of abnormal paps and had a leep dine 4 years ago. Since this, everything has been normal...until today. Found out I have low grade dysplasia again and I'm 12 weeks pregnant. The doctor wants to do a colposcopy in October, and I know there are many reasons it could be abnormal, pregnancy for one. I'm just so frustrated that my body keeps popping up with new things wrong with it. I'm seriously considering asking about a hysterectomy after my baby is born, mainly because I'm nervous about cervical cancer, but too because I'm tired of all of the tests. Any thoughts or insight on this would be great. Also, any words of encouragement are appreciated. Thanks ladies.
