Clomid

I'm getting desperate. I lost my health insurance and I'm due to get it back on November... After 1 year ttc #1 I'm considering buying clomis online. Any thoughts or knowledge of problems it can cause if I have endometriosis or another underlying condition? P.s. Young lady #4 at work is pregnant.. I have to stare at bellies and listen to baby chatter all day trying to be happy for them and trying not to burst into tears...
