I don't know but I know I can prove Ava was 100% inaccurate for me so... be careful.

No one is responding because we don’t know how to read Ava. Not because we don’t want to help. Best advice: get an eight dollar BBT thermometer and read taking charge of your fertility. This will teach you everything you need to know!

Ava has their own proprietary method to detect ovulation based on the data from their device. The result are no necessarily interpretable by eye.
