Miscarriage

Tried for 13 months. Finally got pregnant. Had a miscarriage week 12, although we found out the baby only developed to 7 weeks and my body didn’t realize it had passed until week 12. Resulted in a d&c. I knew miscarriages were devastating, but I had no idea how bad they were. First it’s emotional devastation, then horrible cramping and tons of blood loss. My blood pressure went down to 89/53(ish). Baby was due October 22nd. Husband and I picked out a cute little penguin costume for a new born Halloween. I had just told my parents and some close friends a week before the miscarriage.

I want to get over this, but at the same time

I don’t want to forget about my baby and my first pregnancy. I feel so hard for all the ladies that have gone through this, and I am so sorry for you all. I wish all the pregnant ladies out there a safe and happy and healthy pregnancy.
