??excema babies??

who all has a baby with excema and what do yall do to help it go away ?? my daughter has it and shes always sooo itchy i took her to the doctor and they prescribed her hydrocortisone and it isnt helping i also use cetaphil lotion for her body but i need it to go away shes always so fussy bc of it and shes almost 11 months on the 18th of april..
