So I noticed my son had more poop diapers than pee. In the morning his diapers was full of pee. But after that I believe he only had 2 pee diapers and 3 poop diapers. I breastfeed him and he also drinks water. He isn’t sick or anything so I’m not sure what’s going on...

If your concerned hun take him doctors especially if this is a new thing. If his wee is dark and not a normal colour it means he’s dehydrated. but also the older they get the more they can hold in, reason why he’s always got a full nappy when he’s woken up as he’s letting it all out when he’s asleep.
