Pregnant???

Question

I am now 20 days late and I took a pregnancy test on the 4th and 9th day late and both negative. I do not want to be disappointed again with a negative test. I have been off my bc for 4 months now and I have had regular periods since being off of it. My nipples are very very sore and have been for a week. I haven't had any spotting and I am having trouble with focusing. Should I take another store bought test? I need some help and insight. Oh I am 20 years old and married for 6 months.

Last thing, I also keep getting cramps that feel like my period but obviously are not. I am going thru a custody battle and I go to college so I have a lot of work and stress on my plate at the moment so that could be it, but I'm not sure.

Oh and I am a huge steak lover and always have been until a few weeks ago just the thought of it makes me sick. And I was craving and eating the same meal for lunch five days in a row.
