Confused about how many months I am ??

So I go on google to see how many months I am so I'm 16 weeks .. - 4 months ?? Then I found this chart.. So I've been 4 months and about to be 5 months soon ? I thought 16 weeks is 4 months?

This chart is saying you're currently in your 4th month. Anything over 3 mos is considered in your 4 month...  So technically when your exactly 4 mos, the next day you'll be considered in your 5th month.... does that make sense, it wad kind if confusing when I read it back to myself
