Due Tomorrow and head isn’t engaged yet 😩 any one else had this?

Just been for my  40 week review and baby’s head is down but not engaged yet! I’m a first time mum so I know things are often delayed but has anyone had experience of this? Did the head engage? If it doesn’t is it safe to induce or an automatic c-section?

I was like you on my first pregnancy what got his head to engage was to bounce on a gym/pregnancy ball for hours straight I did it for 4 hours (watched 2 films on Netflix while bouncing) and it worked a treat went into labour the same day few hours later!

My daughter was breach. Turned herself and I went into labour the next day. My other daughter was engaged from 22 weeks and I went into labour the day after my due date. Being engaged or not doesn't necessarily mean you will or won't be in labour soon. So try not to worry! :)
