Pregnancy motion sickness??? Please read description first!!

I used to have car and motion sickness when I was younger and it mostly went away about 3 years ago. Yesterday I was 13weeks and 5days pregnant and didn’t have morning sickness in my 1st trimester. I was on my way to my mums (45mins drive) and my partner was driving. 30mins into the drive he had to stop so I could get out and be sick. I was sick for about 5 minutes straight then I felt better and we continued to drive to my mums. We were there for 30 minutes or so and when we were there/when we left I felt fine. We got home and my partner was parallel parking, he didn’t have time to stop the car and I was out, sitting on the wall being sick. I didn’t have anything to eat that would usually make me ill. What do you think?
