3 cm fully effaced when’s labor??

Question

I’m 37weeks and got checked twice yesterday doctor was scared I had preeclampsia but I did not. I am 3 cm already though. I have been bleeding off and on once again this morning but it’s darker and mixed with mucus. Hoping my bundle of joy comes soon. I am in too much pain lol.

Update; been in hospital for 15 hours already. Pitocin started just waiting for them to break my water. It’s baby time!!!

My friend was 5cm dilated at 37 weeks and needed to be induced at 41 weeks because baby still hasn’t come. I’m now 3cm at 38 weeks and am trying not to get my hopes up. Everyone’s experiences are so different.
