Anything with low calories has some sort of sweetener in it so I'd say that's a no! Full fat yogurt is best check for sucralose, splenda, aspartame etc you don't want your baby eating those!

This looks like it probably has artificial sweetener in it, which I’d venture to say is probably worse for babe than real sugar. I would try to find a plain/unsweetened Greek yogurt, and add your own flavors or fruit purée to it.

Always opt for whole milk yogurt for little ones. Their brains and bodies need the fat. And I personally opt for plain while milk yogurt and add my own flavors (stir in pureed fruit, smashed fruit, cinnamon, peanut butter, etc) because I don't want the added sugar (even "baby yogurt" tends to have added sugar...as do most puffs, mum mum, etc).

I've given her bites of that brands Greek yogurt. I'm not sure if it was from this or something else she was eating, or if it was due to teething and excess drool, but she started getting mucousy poops. Blow out poops. Which led to her first diaper rash. I switched to Stoneyfield whole milk baby yogurt and she's been fine as far as poops go! She loves my yogurt so I've started eating that Greek yogurt when she's napping 😂
