Why am I SO annoyed??

I am so annoyed with people checking in! My due date is the 11th and I feel like the last few days people have just been blowing me up “checking in” asking “is she here? anything going on? Any contractions? Why is she being stubborn? Etc etc etc” And it’s aggravating the holy crap out of me! I just want to shout BACK OFF!! Not sure why it’s bothering me so much because I know it comes from a good place. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyone else?!!

Same. I’ve just put my phone on do not disturb and answer/respond on my own time.

Send out a mass text to the ones who are checking in. Just state 
"Thank you for checking in, I'm on the home stretch and need my rest. I will let them know when baby arrives."
I would also see it as a positive thing, it means people care and love you.

Same here! I’m not due for another two weeks and I’m already getting daily check in texts from the MIL

Yes it’s annoying and pointless. Even if you had your baby, you will be busy and tell people when you’re ready. This is why my hospital advised me not to tell people a due date as it’s not a real thing since a baby is usually born in the weeks around that date so not to fixate on it or to just tell people the due date is later than it is so I get some peace :) x

We’ve gotten calls everyday since week before due date. And we are now overdue. No matter how much we tell people they’ll know within 24 hours they still call. I started posting overdue memes on my Facebook story. Seems to be helping a little bit

Literally get asked “ is it time yet “ 10 times a day from multiple people. It’s annoying but I still answer them. Can’t wait until I can say YES! it’s time

It bothers me when it’s people that haven’t been involved at all throughout my pregnancy or even shown interest just because they want the “scoop” or just want to see pictures 🙄 My siblings have a whole Facebook group chat where they talk about what’s going on in my life 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hehe it is like a dagger every time I get a call asking if baby boy has come yet. I'm like nope...I wish! Any minute now...gahhh.
