I’ve been having a lot of early labor symptoms the past 4 days(diarrhea/constipation, cramping etc) and yesterday I had thought my water was leaking so I got checked in test came back negative so I got sent home however I had my cervix checked while there and I’m 80% effaced and 2cm dilated so the nurse said its likely baby could come real soon. I previously had my cervix checked on Thursday by my ob and was told I was super thinned out but wasn’t dilated any so there’s a difference there just within 4 days. I didn’t bleed or have any discomfort after the first check but after this one I’ve been having the bleeding along with another weird substance in the blood. I have to keep a pad on. What is happening/what could this be? Could baby be coming soon? I have another appt this upcoming Thursday
