Please help

So I've been bleeding for the past 5 days. Its light bleeding, red mucus like. No cramps. I'm about 6 weeks pregnant. I went to the emergency room and they said everything looked find, they saw the sac and my cervix was closed. I'm just really scared. This is my 1st pregnancy
