Pinching on one side

I keep having sharp pinching on my right side near my hip or ovaries? Not really sure how to accurately describe where. It's intermittent and a short little pinch. When am I out of the woods for ectopic pregnancy? I'm 6 and a half weeks. Anyone experience this? Every little pinch and twinge is so scary!
