Do you track your LOs sleep?

Question

Do you track sleep and try to make sure LO is sticking to their average wake times ? 
Or do you just go with the flow and go by his/her sleepy cues?

I tracked for the first 3 months then stopped.

I go with the flow with the eat play sleep routine. It’s better for us this way because then I know when she’s tired and not hungry. And naps don’t go past 1 hour, they’re only ever that long if she’s in my lap though lol.  Cut off time for any more naps is 6 pm this is so she will hopefully go to sleep at a decent time.

Tracked until we started daycare, then I stopped. She has a really good routine though, no real reason to track.
