SUPER DRY HANDS! Help!

I have EXTREMELY dry hands! It’s still around 40 sometimes less here and I have to wash my hands a lot and do dishes. My hand are literally cracking and bleeding all over 😩 does anyone have suggestions what will help? I use bag balm but that just helps for a short time!
