Have any of you guys felt like this?

Have any of you guys felt like you feel so sick all of sudden? Like all lightheaded, dizzy, nauseous, headache,  hot flashes and no energy? I'm 34+4 and a FTM and I just felt like this at random and I was wondering if you guys felt like this and what helped and could it mean early labor?

Answer

I only felt like that when I didn’t drink enough water and maybe got too hot or did too much. Make sure you are resting as much as you can and drinking TONS of water. 
My water broke at 38 weeks and I had just gone to the chiropractor earlier, so I felt no different before labor. 
Also, you could be low in iron so maybe see if taking iron glycinate helps or eat leafy greens to get more iron in your diet.

I had to eat snacks every two hours towards the end of my pregnancy. And lots more water than what I was used to drinking

Are you eating and drinking enough water?  That’s the only time I would start feeling that way. Drink as much water as possible
