Is Benadryl + congestion safe to take during pregnancy?

I know regular Benadryl is safe, but is the plus congestion one safe? 18 weeks pregnant and my allergies are nuts!

I took children’s Benadryl when I was pregnant and for robitssum (?) you can’t take the DM one only the regular one

No because it has a decongestant in it.

Anything with a decongestant is considered NOT safe while pregnant or breastfeeding as far as I’m aware. I have awful allergies and I’ve just been suffering through them with no meds for a year now
