Grief vs PPD?

My husband and I worked through fertility issues for 7 years. Finally, through treatment, we found we were pregnant. With twins. It was amazing.

One month ago, at 23 weeks, we found out too late I had an incompetent cervix and had to have a c section. Caroline passed away 14 hours later. Aria passed away 6 days later.

I know I’m grieving.. I know I will for a very long time. I just don’t know when I should be worried that it could also be ppd..? Does anyone have any experience with this? There are just so many symptoms that are the same for both. 😏
