Over supply breast milk ???

My son is only 4 days old and I’ve been breastfeeding since day one. My milk supply is pretty great to the point to when the milk started changing my boobs swelled up fast and got hard. At first I just left it and would wait until he wanted to feed but they seemed to get firmer and firmer. Well my cousin told me I need to pump because I could get clogged milk ducks and it would help relieve the firmness. 
Well now Here’s my problem 
My boobs have doubled in size and seem to be more firmer than ever! I feel like I’m constantly pumping then feeding , feeding then pumping, as anyone else experiencing this? And is there a way I could relax my breast so they don’t feel so tense and hard ??? Help!

Normal. Your milk supply should regulate at around 6 weeks. Don't pump a lot though, I made that mistake. Just squeeze a little bit to get some relief and use a warm compress, that's it.

I had the same thing but I was advised to pump just enough for some relief or I would express some into a bottle.

You will have a over supply for the 1st few weeks it’s normal Hun, keep pumping when you feel to full.. your milk will regulate in few more weeks (only make as much as baby needs) mine regulate after 7wks of breastfeeding.
