2cm, 80% effaced, 39w1d.
Doctor did a membrane sweep today.

You could be dilated for while. Sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't.  
I had one done last Wednesday and I'm still pregnant. I was 1.5 cm and 25% effaced. That was 39 and 1 day.

I had a membrane sweep at 39 weeks, was 3cm and 80% and went into labor 16 hours later. My body was already producing contractions and cramping prior to the sweep. If your body is ready it will work.

I was the same measurements at 36 weeks with my first and went 9 days past my due date before going into labor.
