Round ligament pain? How do you deal!? 😩

This is my second pregnancy and I’ve had this pain on my low right side since yesterday afternoon! (It’s horrible) doesn’t feel like labour just this gross hurting pain that’s basically constant. It’s currently 4am and I can’t sleep on my right side due to the pain. How how how do you ladies deal with it? I’ve never had this before!! Never understood and now I feel you!! 😩

My chiropractor recommend self massage.  Trigger point style.  Basically, press and hold where it hurts for a little bit (for up to a minutes) to help it release.

I had it last night too. I just try to VERY SLOWLY change to a different position. I don't think there's much you can do to help. It's your ligaments stretching so obviously you don't want to stretch that area any more than it already is. Try to switch to another position that lessens the stretch.
