Last night i used the restroom and saw a small (cornflake size) pinkish tissue & was spotting some (not bleeding but off colored discharge) had a nightmare that I miscarried and went to the OBGYN today. She couldn't find a heartbeat in a transvaginal ultrasound (my first U/S ever) and drew blood to test the hgc levels and I have to redraw again tomorrow. I am so worried but I am not sure exactly how far along I am. Took a PT on 8/11- neg missed period 8/20 tested 8/26-pos. is it too early for there to be Heartbeat? Am I worried for no reason??? This is my first pregnancy and I am so lost
