So my son is going on 9 months old and we have co slept for pretty much ever (no bashing and this isn’t a co sleeping debate). I have a full size bed in his room that I have been putting him down in for naps and bed time. I can only get him to sleep by nursing and struggle to keep him asleep when I set him down.. so side laying and then sneaking away is usually how he gets put down. He wakes up within 2 hours max and needs the nursing comfort back to sleep so I usually end up pulling him into our bed so I can get some sleep too. He’s be coming more mobile and can crawl so I’m worried he is gonna roll of the bed. The bed is on the floor no box frame. But I don’t like the idea of him getting out while I’m sleeping. Any suggestions on switching him to a crib that doesn’t involve cry it out method? I feel like I’ve tried everything and just cannot get him to self soothe himself to sleep. But he doesn’t stop crying either... to the point of making him sick. Sorry for the long post!
