Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms the day you conceive?

TTC #2.. Glow says I'm ovulating today and so did my ovulation test this am.. BD'd first thing this morning and now the last couple hours I've been feeling what is like strong menstrual cramps all evening. Could it be early symptoms or probably just something I ate?
