Hygiene after birth.
Okay ladies, I was never able to wear pads they make me so uncomfortable and I used tampons every period I've ever had.. I'm expecting in 5 weeks, and I realize I can't use tampons for my bleed after birth, what pads do you suggest and are there any tips you can give me for the adjustment? I feel like I'm wearing a diaper with pads😁
