Very strange mark on my back after labor

My fiancé pointed out these random marks that appeared the past two days. I gave birth two weeks ago and it’s just now showing on my back. I thought maybe it was from my braids but I exfoliated and washed my back really good and it’s still there. My mom said it might be from labor and that it looks like a bruise. I’m so confused. One looks like a raised scar and the other looks like a sun spot. I haven’t been in the sun either. Anyone hv ideas? Is it normal? Should I ask my doctor next visit?
